Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship internationally and all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders to the mainland UK are delivered within 1-3 working days of purchasing. Please note, our offer of free shipping offer only applies to mainland UK. For international orders and locations outside mainland UK, shipping fees will apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. We do not require signatures upon delivery and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact support@restoracell.co.uk with your Order Number and we will be happy to help. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day, although from time to time, it may take us a little longer.

Returns Policy

Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:

  • The products are damaged or defective
  • The products are in the same condition that you received them
  • The products are unopened
  • The products were purchased directly through restoracell.co.uk
  • The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If your circumstances align with our Refund Policy please email support@restoracell.co.uk to co-ordinate, using the subject line RETURNS.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 working days.

Gift returns

If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who purchased the goods, via the original payment method.

Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.
